A posture for this week's class: keep sitting in your chair and bring both arms straight and forward. Palms up. Flex your hands - stretching your fingers.
Change your vision.... Look at your arms... and your hands & fingers. Flex your elbows, look at the palms of your hands. Straight them again and release.
Now, do the first posture and breathe....................
Sit straighter and live your life responsibly.
