So, a friend of mine asked me: "don't you think this new era thing seems to be more related to some kind of religion than anything?"
And that gave me a new thought to work with...
Throughout my (still not old) existence and baggage, I have faced some forms of religion and learned enough to choose philosophy to move my so-called "spirit". So, the way I choose to develop a new concept of a "world" (that can be realized the way I choose to see it) is based on how I breathe. The way one inhales and exhales change his/her “spirit” and makes up a complete new perception to our day by day vision...

The word Spirit comes from the Latin word Spiritus
which means soul, vigor, courage…breath, in Greek Pneuma, in Hebrew Ruah – all of them having the same meaning, but just like every other religion, they speak a different language.
So, to get in touch with one's soul is much more a physical (and metaphysical) symphony than a metaphorical one, and it will make your world a better world.
However, it takes “self-responsibility”, attention, focus (and the ability to stop and be still) to notice how we are breathing - a difficult task as I try to practice what I preach. But when noticed, priceless!
My dog has also been teaching me how to breathe when my computer makes me crazy!
